Entry to the villa will be allowed only after verifying and taking a copy/photo of Government ID card of the guest in whose name villa is booked plus of 2 other guests. All guests have to make an entry in register of guests.

·         We can provide mattresses for DRIVERS and that will be charged separately @ INR 750/- per night, per driver.

·         Playing Holi with colour of any type or kind and/or with or without water is strictly prohibited inside the villa and inside the society premises and roads of society as well.

·         Deolali is an army cantonment. Flying Drones and bringing and carrying weapons or firearms is strictly prohibited within Deolali cantonment limits.

·          This is a residential area and hence no loud music or loud noise of any kind throughout the stay. USE OF LOUDSPEAKERS IS STRICTY PROHIBITED AT ANY TIME OF DAY OR NIGHT.

·          All external lights will be put off by 10:00 PM. Entry to 1st floor verandah will close at 10pm sharp.

·          Hot water is available from electric Geyser. Please switch-off the Geyser after use.

·          TV viewing is available in the living room only Basic Hindi and English Entertainment, Sports and NEWS channels are available.

·          Using the Refrigerator: Please open the left door first and then the right door. While closing shut the right door first. Please do not keep hot/heated items in the refrigerator.

·          Pets: Guests are allowed to bring their pets, but need to make their own arrangement for their food and other needs. Ensure that the pets don’t litter around and don’t damage the property.

·          Use of elevator is not available.

·          Please switch off electrical appliances and gas stove when not being used.

·          All bedrooms along with the bathrooms, kitchen and the living room has an inverter backup light and a fan to last for 4-6 hours in case the lights go off.

·          Any damage caused to property, furniture & fitting, appliances, cutlery etc. will be recovered from guests.

·         Your safety while using pool is your own responsibility. Strictly NO DIVING in the pool. Do not consume alcoholic drinks before and while using the pool. Children must be accompanied by an adult in the pool. Infants are not allowed to be carried in the pool. Drinks and Food is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED near or inside the pool.

·          Please keep the garden area clean and do not touch or pluck flowers and fruits.

·          Please do not litter - use dustbins kept in all bedrooms, kitchen, and garden area. 

          Smoking of any kind including Hookah is STRICTLY PROHIBITED within the premises.

·          Remote control for bedroom AC is kept in utility drawer in the bedroom. Remote control for AC in hall and for TV in hall is kept in utility drawer in the hall.

·          First aid box is available with the caretaker.

·          Caretaker will be available to address your specific needs from 7:00 AM until 12 mid-night.
